PROPERTY developer Zhong Sheng Jian has been named the Businessman of the Year at this year's Singapore Business Awards.
Mr Zhong, 53, chairman and chief executive of the Yanlord Land Group, was recognised for his vision and outstanding entrepreneurial success in building up the firm as a developer of high-end residential and integrated development projects in China.
The awards, held at Resorts World Convention Centre last night, was jointly organised by The Business Times and DHL Express Singapore.
